Listed below are all room features and accommodations. After you determine which space is perfect for you, hold your spot and your room preference, by placing a deposit (50% deposit). 

 

Retreat and cost inclusions:

• 7 nights stay

• 3 fresh, whole, nutritious meals per day; at least 1 dinner outing

• Educational sessions attentive on how to incorporate balance and create a healthy lifestyle through proper nutrition and fitness. Topics focusing on the science behind, but not limited to: Fitness, nutrition, sleep, aging, & overall wellness

• Prior to the retreat, an initial consultation and health analysis

• 1 group adventure

*Cost varies depending on room and occupancy. Prices include 13% Costa Rican VAT tax, BUT, do not include gratuity.

*50% deposit is require at booking and is non-refundable. Travel insurance is required to protect your investment.

*Flight and transportation to/from the airport are NOT included. 

*Airfare is around $500 (LIR - Liberia, Costa Rica), however, we suggest you hold off purchasing your tickets. Once the retreat is full, we will be contacting various airlines regarding group fares (usually a discounted rate).

Traveling to and from the airport - one shuttle will be arranged by Kindra (around $40 one direction); another reason to fly as a group. The ride is about 2.5 hours and the views are beautiful.

*Juices, smoothies, specialty coffees and alcohol available for additional cost.

*On-site services (massage and laundry) and off-site excursions (zip-lining, snorkeling, surf lessons, ATV and boat tours, deep sea fishing, etc) available at additional cost.

*Due to COVID, requirements for travel to and from Costa Rica continue to change. Casas Kismet will relay any new changes in regards to travel to Costa Rica. The retreat leader will relay any new changes in regards to travel back to the US.
